Why merch matters more than you think.

A great piece of merch is the rarest thing in marketing: a customer who pays you to advertise. They wear your logo to the grocery store, post photos in your hat, hand your hoodie down to a friend. No CPM. No retargeting budget. Just genuine reach, earned through design that doesn't suck.

The catch: most business merch is bad. Generic blanks. Rushed designs. Cheap materials. Customers take the free t-shirt, wear it once to mow the lawn, and forget your brand exists. That's not merch — that's landfill with a logo on it.

Good merch isn't a giveaway. It's a product worth buying — one that happens to wear your name.

What we make.

We design and produce the full spectrum of branded apparel and merchandise — built to your brand, not pulled from a catalog.

T-Shirts & Tops

Premium cotton tees, vintage washes, oversized fits, longsleeves, crewnecks — printed, embroidered, or both.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts

Heavyweight, midweight, zip-up, pullover. The merch piece your customers wear most.

Hats & Headwear

Snapbacks, dad hats, trucker caps, beanies. Embroidered, patched, or screen-printed.

Drinkware & Accessories

Pint glasses, tumblers, koozies, tote bags, stickers, patches — the everyday brand carriers.

Full Capsule Collections

Coordinated drops with multiple pieces, themes, and limited runs that build hype and sell out.

Custom Cut-and-Sew

For brands who want something truly original — fully custom garments, not blanks with prints on them.

Who this is for.

We work with Twin Cities brands across categories, but the sweet spot is businesses whose customers actually want to wear them:

  • Breweries, taprooms, and bars. Beer drinkers love brewery merch. We design pieces that move at the bar and online.
  • Restaurants and coffee shops. Regulars want a hat. Tourists want a souvenir. Both pay full price for good design.
  • Fitness studios and gyms. Class hoodies, branded gear, member-only drops that build community.
  • Small businesses with passionate customers. If your customers already love you, give them something to wear.
  • Agencies, startups, and tech companies. Employee swag and conference giveaways that don't end up in the trash.
  • Events, nonprofits, and one-off projects. Limited-edition runs for fundraisers, openings, anniversaries.

The process.

  1. Brief. Tell us your brand, your audience, your budget, and what you're trying to accomplish. T-shirts for staff? A merch line to sell? Limited drop for an event?
  2. Design. We sketch and refine original artwork in your brand voice. Real concepts, real iteration — not "pick from these three options."
  3. Sourcing. We recommend the right blanks, fabrics, and print methods for your goals. Premium options or budget-friendly — we tell you the trade-offs honestly.
  4. Sampling (optional). For larger runs, we'll produce samples before committing to a full order so you can feel the materials and approve the print quality.
  5. Production. We manage the print run, embroidery, or cut-and-sew end to end. You get one point of contact, one timeline, one delivery.
  6. Delivery. Finished product ships to you, your store, your event, or fulfilled directly to customers via your online store.

Materials & methods.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. The right method depends on your design, quantity, and what the merch is for.

Print methods

  • Screen printing — best for bold designs, large runs, and durability. The classic for a reason.
  • DTG (direct-to-garment) — best for photo-quality designs, small runs, and on-demand fulfillment.
  • Embroidery — best for hats, polos, and elevated logo treatments. Premium feel.
  • Heat transfer / vinyl — best for one-off pieces, names and numbers, and very small batches.
  • Patches and appliqué — best for hats, jackets, and any piece where you want texture and dimension.

Garment quality

Your merch is only as good as what it's printed on. We work with garments across the quality spectrum — from budget-friendly options that still feel decent to premium brands like Comfort Colors, Independent Trading Co., Champion, and small-batch cut-and-sew partners. We'll be honest about the trade-offs and recommend what fits your goals and budget.

Selling your merch (not just giving it away).

Most agencies stop at delivery. We don't. If you're trying to actually sell your merch — not just give it to staff — we can build the full sales engine:

  • Online store setup — Shopify or your platform of choice, designed and configured to convert.
  • Product photography — clean, on-model, lifestyle. Whatever your brand needs.
  • Launch campaigns — email sequences, social rollouts, paid ads to drive your drop.
  • SEO for products — your merch ranks in Google when people search for your brand.
  • Fulfillment partnerships — we can help you set up direct-to-consumer fulfillment so you're not shipping orders from your kitchen table.

This is the piece most merch suppliers can't offer. It's also the piece that turns merch from a marketing expense into a revenue line.
